Join me on the Journey to Self Alignment

Hey there,

I’m glad you’re here! I imagine you being here means that maybe you are burnt out, feeling lost, and genuinely just want to get your spark back.

Maybe you’re coming to terms with the fact that where you’re currently at in life is not where you want to be, and you need a change.

Maybe you feel like you’re not like the people around you and are looking for YOUR people, and want to feel a sense of community.

Whatever the situation is, I am here to tell you it’s okay! we’re in the same (or very similar) boat, and we can figure this out together. I’m hoping my journey to self alignment might connect with some, and help build a community of like-minded people going through a similar experience to find their people, their path, and find alignment within themselves.

Mind

The mind is the control center for emotions and actions. Without getting our mental health in check, it can be extremely difficult to align with our body and spirit.


Body

The body (and the way we treat it) can lead us to improved overall health, mental clarity, and emotional regulation. We’ve only got one body, and we must treat it like a sacred altar.


Spirit

The spirit connects us to one universal life-giving energy that sustains, heals, and renews humanity regardless of religious label. Through spirit, we find our purpose and path.


Journal

Three times a week, we’ll explore a different part of the human experience within Mind, Body, and Spirit.

This isn’t about becoming someone new, but remembering who you were before the world told you who you should be.
